We are hiring a Senior Project Officer I to undertake delegated projects, develop and coordinate guidelines and policies on issues relating to INDESEEM, Inc. in Liberia programs for the adoption and implementation by the Organization and stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to and assist with the design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of projects. Manage individual projects including managing the project budget and coordinating or supervising assigned staff and contractors. Collect information, evaluate, and report on the delivery of various programs. Draft briefings, advice and correspondence accurately reflecting the organization’s priorities relative to programs. Provide accurate, well researched, balanced reports and recommendations for action by the organization to address program issues appropriately. Fulfill representative duties for the organization when required.
Advanced competence in MS Project or any other project management software or tools. Knowledge of project management, articulation, and presentation. Attention to details. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability and flexibility to meet a tight deadline with outstanding results. Ability to work on a team across various departments.

Educational Requirements & Benefits
Bachelor degree in project management, Non-Profit Management, International Development, Environment, Agriculture or any related field. A substantial experience could account towards a degree.
