Farley specializes in software & hard engineering, database systems, CMS, website administration and management, networks and systems administration, web server administration, project management, leadership and training, and programming.

Farley is originally from Liberia and currently resides in Canada. He fled to Ghana via Ivory Coast during the Liberian civil war which started in 1989. He attended the Buduburam Refugees Senior Secondary School and graduated with distinction. Farley took several professional certificates programs in computer science and information technologies which paved the way for his career as Systems Administrator for a major Internet Provider in Ghana. He also holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Douglas College located in New Westminster, British Columbia. He worked as the Administrative Secretary for RESPECT Ghana, a subsidiary of RESPECT International. In 2006, he was resettled in Canada via the UNHCR and the Canadian Refugees Resettlement Program which provided him with the legal status to live and work in Canada.

Farley has over 3 three years experienced while working for Apple Canada as Mac Sales Consultant and currently with Bell Canada the largest media and telecommunication provider in Canada as the Administrative Technical Support Specialist.

Farley interests in computer science include programming with.Net, Visual Basic, Java, and C#(C-Sharp) with website programming languages such as ASP.Net, JQuery, PHP, HTML5, DHTML, JavaScript, Content Management Systems and much more. Other areas include Network and System Administration, Web Server Administrator, Database Administrator, CompTIA+ and CCNA network maintenance. System Analyst and Design includes Research and Project management in the areas of Corrective, Adaptive and Perfective Maintenance in Information Systems. Farley joined INDESEEM, Inc. in 2017.
