Kwabena holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Clark University located in Worcester, Massachusetts in the United States. He specializes in the environmental contaminants in drinking water in developing countries with a specific research interest in the relationships between arsenic-contaminated drinking water and diabetes and other public health outcomes.

His research interests include environmental and social contaminants of health, environmental policy and compliance, global and public health, health information technology, environmental and social epidemiology of health, health risks assessment, health safety and management, international sustainable development, climate change, and environmental pollution policy.

Kwabena holds several professional certificates including projects budgeting and scheduling, initiating and planning projects, project risks and change management, Ebola Virus Disease awareness and precautions for peacekeeping personnel, and successful leadership. He currently serves as the Country Representative for Texas Telehealth Technology and Residential Director at the Seven Hills Foundation. Kwabena joined INDESEEM, Inc. in 2017.
