Joseph holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Massachusetts College Pharmacy and Health Sciences University located in Worcester, Massachusetts. He also did academic courses at Clark University and Quinsigamond Community College both located in Worcester. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, before migrating to the United States.

Joseph possessed over five years of accumulated experience as pharmacist both in the United States and Nigeria. He currently works as a Clinical Pharmacist at a local Walgreens Specialty site in the City of Dallas, Taxes. In this position, Joseph provides specialized care management for patients with cancer, solid organ transplant, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, and multiple sclerosis patients. Joseph is very passionate about developing computer-aided tools to identify, track, and analyze adverse drug events in maximizing disease control and management.

Joseph has been involved in volunteering opportunities within the communities at various levels. He, alongside with other professionals, founded a nongovernment charity club in Nigeria, the Living Hope – an organization committed to helping to distribute food and clothing materials to the poor. During his stay in Worcester, Massachusetts, Joseph served as the Chief Community Organizer for the Fairbridge Project International among the African immigrant for a year. At the moment, Joseph is among the board of directors of Lighthouse Haven-a not-for-profit organization providing career guidance as well as the provision of food, clothing, and funding for a temporary shelter for underprivileged individuals and families within South Dallas, TX.
