Temitayo Akinbola

Director of Global and Public Health

Temitayo holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy and a Master of Business Administration, both degrees from Clark University located in Worcester, Massachusetts in the United States. She also holds a Master of Science in Ecology and Environmental Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology Education from The University of Ibadan and Obafemi Awolowo University, both in Nigeria.

Temitayo has professional experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of sustainable development projects in both governmental and non-governmental organizations. She also has experience with data management, development, and implementation of government regulations, policies and guidelines for environmental protection. Her experience also includes teaching; spanning from elementary to college level.

Her research interests include profit-motivated Sustainable Agriculture Development in developing countries, environmental and public health policy and compliance and Pedagogy as a tool for environmental and public health training and awareness.

Temitayo has held positions at various organizations, including The Salvation Army HIV/AIDS Voluntary Counseling and Testing Centre in Lagos Nigeria, The Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance and The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. She joined INDESEEM, Inc. in 2017.
